Bursledon Brickworks

A museum and conservation centre based in a former brickworks dating from 1897, The Hampshire Buildings Preservation Trust Ltd operates the site which features displays covering the history of the brickworks, traditional building materials and conservation practice. The original stationary steam engine, powering the pugmill, has been restored to working order and operates on open days. Details of opening times and events can be obtained from:
